TERMS & CONDITIONS - CERTIFICATE OCTOBER 2006 PROMOTION

1. PROMOTION PERIOD
Combo orders must be placed before December 15 at 11:59 PM.

2. HOW TO ENTER
Order one of two combo options by phone or email.

3. PRIZE
A $100 super certificate from giftcertificates.com will be sent my mail upon receipt of order full payment and after getting answers on a short product test questionnaire. Limit one certificate per company per promotion per combo, which equals to a limit of 2 certificates per company per promotion.

No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution is permitted except by Bircher Reglomat in the event of prize unavailability. Prizes are nontransferable. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customers.

4. GENERAL RULES
All test feedback information become the sole property of Bircher Reglomat and will not be returned. By accepting a prize, customers release and hold harmless Bircher Reglomat and any of its affiliates and promotion agencies and all of their respective persons and agents from all liability or claims whatsoever for injuries or losses to persons, including the beneficiary, and property, which may be sustained, directly or indirectly, in connection with this promotion or by reason of the receipt, acceptance, possession or misuse of the prizes. By entering this Promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these official rules.

Bircher Reglomat is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) lost, late, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or misdirected orders; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, partial, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Bircher Reglomat that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of a prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in the Promotion; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion. Bircher Reglomat reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical failure corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Promotion, as determined by Bircher Reglomat in its sole discretion. Each participant agrees to release and hold Bircher Reglomat harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based upon publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Participant agrees that Bircher Reglomat's obligation is fair and adequate consideration for combo order submitted, and that participant is not entitled to and shall not seek any further compensation. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Participant and Bircher Reglomat in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.
